On January 9 and 10, the Undergraduate Advising Center (UAC) engaged in a two-day retreat at the MIT Endicott House. The retreat offered an ideal combination of team bonding and strategic planning. Through a series of engaging team-building activities, we forged stronger connections, laying the foundation for a more collaborative and supportive work environment. The first evening culminated in a team photo, capturing the spirit of unity in our MIT gear.
