Lead Maintenance/Facilities Services Agent – Job Overview: Provide general building maintenance duties to include equipment/fixture repairs, preventative maintenance program and general facility upkeep, specifically carpentry, plumbing, and electrical trades. Qualifications: high school diploma, background in 2 or more trades preferred or equivalent, 3 years general maintenance experience with majority in one specific trade, strong organizational skills able to prioritize projects and handle multiple tasks, ability to maintain accurate maintenance, service and permit records, strong oral and written communications skills.
Banquet Cook – Job Overview: Preparation of all meals including breakfast, lunch, receptions, dinner and coffee breaks. Tasks include frying, sautéing, steaming, roasting, braising, baking, grilling and broiler work. Assist the Executive Chef with the monthly inventory proper storage and food controls. Qualifications: hotel or restaurant fine dining experience preferred, experience in banquet production and service, must possess a basic knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes, educational background in a culinary field preferred.
Meeting / Event Planner – Job Overview: Plan and coordinate all aspects of meetings and events. Communicate information utilizing our event and property management computer programs. Prepare and distribute all pertinent materials internally and externally. Provide client assistance and staff direction to ensure proper execution of meeting/event. Qualifications: Associates degree in hospitality management or business preferred, ability to work independently and use good judgement, hospitality experience and background, strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, excellent communications skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, commitment to excellence.
Banquet Server / Wait Person – Job Overview: Maintaining the high standards of guest satisfaction related to food service, as well as maintenance of the Food & Beverage service areas. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent. One year experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
Dish Room Attendant – Job Overview: Responsible for the day to day cleaning and storing of Food & Beverage china, silverware, glassware and kitchen small wares. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent. One year experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
Conference Services / Meeting Attendant – Job Overview: Setting up of and maintaining of all meeting rooms and A/V. Must maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction while presenting a professional image. A/V and computer training is ongoing in this position. Qualifications: high school graduate, ability to work independently and use good judgment, Massachusetts drivers license, detail-oriented, commitment to excellence.
Housekeeper – Job Overview: Perform routine cleaning of all public areas, offices, meeting rooms, rest rooms and guestrooms. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, previous housekeeping or customer service experience a plus, fluent in English, ability to convey positive and professional image, ability to work independently and use good judgment, commitment to excellence in guest service.
Overnight Guest Services Representative – Job Overview: Manage the overall operation of the Guest Reception area, which includes checking guests into and out of the property, switchboard coverage, concierge services and assisting guests during their stay to make their experience as pleasant as possible. Qualifications: strong communication skills and attention to detail, knowledge of MS Word and Excel, previous customer service experience, fluent in English, second language a plus, ability to convey positive and professional image, ability to work independently and use good judgement, strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks, commitment to excellence in guest service.
