We are looking for fantastic candidates for the following positions –
Banquet Cook – Job Overview: Preparation of all meals including breakfast, lunch, receptions, dinner and coffee breaks. Tasks include frying, sautéing, steaming, roasting, braising, baking, grilling and broiler work. Assist the Executive Chef with the monthly inventory proper storage and food controls. Qualifications: hotel or restaurant fine dining experience preferred, experience in banquet production and service, must possess a basic knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes, educational background in a culinary field preferred.
Banquet Server / Wait Person – Job Overview: Maintaining the high standards of guest satisfaction related to food service, as well as maintenance of the Food & Beverage service areas. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent. One year experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
Dish Room Attendant – Job Overview: Responsible for the day to day cleaning and storing of Food & Beverage china, silverware, glassware and kitchen small wares. Qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent. One year experience in hospitality, retail or customer service.
Housekeeper – Job Overview: Perform routine cleaning of all public areas, offices, meeting rooms, rest rooms and guestrooms. Qualifications: • Strong communication skills and attention to detail, previous housekeeping or customer service experience a plus, fluent in English, ability to convey positive and professional image, ability to work independently and use good judgment, commitment to excellence in guest service.
