Start your new year off well with our Body & Mind Day Retreat. Hosted on our 25-acre serene estate, designed by Frederick Law Olmsted (Emerald Necklace & Central Park), you will be welcomed by the warmth of chateau-style home with fresh beverages and light energy-packed treats. You will then be led into our professionally facilitated yoga session, by Melanie Appleman, founder of Well by Mel. Mel is an esteemed graduate of the Nation’s biggest and best yoga and health center: Kripalu Center for Yoga & Health, and holds over a decade of fitness and wellness experience, inspiring action on and off the mat.  A delightful culinary experience of cooking demonstrations and lunch to follow. Enjoy the beautifully manicured grounds during a guided walk on the property, followed by Mel’s “fan favorite” intention setting workshop, which will provide participants the opportunity to dive into the possibilities that lie ahead in 2024 through guided visualization and meditation, journaling, and group share.
