World Class Conference Center
A magnificent estate located less than 12 miles from the city of Boston. Endicott House is not your ordinary conference center. The award winning facility is located in a secluded landscaped setting on 25 acres in the historic town of Dedham, MA. The stunning French Manor style mansion features breathtaking vistas of the Blue Hills, along with beautifully preserved gardens.
Built in 1934, artisans were brought in from Europe to construct the mansion taking five years to complete. Today, the Mansion defines the merging of historic refinement and modern amenities, and has become one of New Endland’s finest dedicated conference center. The elegant property features 13 richly appointed Mansion guest rooms, and an additional 25 modern guest rooms located in the adjacent Brooks Center. Endicott House can accommodate small and midsized groups for executive retreats, corporate meetings, training and educational sessions. Ideal for special events, holiday celebrations, elegant corporate dinners, and even casual gatherings such as cookouts and summer picnics. Designed to accommodate up to 125 guests, there are nine meeting rooms, four seminar rooms, an amphitheater style lecture hall, a large foyer, as well as a deck and gazebo for those outdoor discussions.
We offer fine food, exceptional service, state-of-the-art meeting facilities, and all-inclusive package plans. Our unique and beautiful conference center is minutes from Boston.

“Without question, the MIT Endicott House is our favorite spot for conferences! The staff is so welcoming, friendly, helpful, and they pay such close attention to detail, which you see throughout the property and the beautifully cared for grounds. Not only is the setting perfect for large or small retreats, but the menus prepared by Executive Chef Eddie Cerrato are always scrumptious and memorable. The MIT Endicott House is truly a gem, worthy of five gold stars!”The Flaschner Judicial Institute
